They are lyrical stories that encourage young readers to explore the beauty of friendship, belonging to a community, and the connections between grandparents and grandchildren. Mary rides horses, enjoys music, gardening, reading, being outdoors, and with family and friends whenever possible. She loves traveling the globe with her husband Paul. Today, she calls both New Jersey and Colorado home. Her greatest creative inspiration comes from her grandchildren, who supply endless joy, curiosity, and story ideas.
